In this work, we improved the Ghent model for neutrino-induced single-pion production in the Delta resonance region. We applied a multipole decomposition and used K-matrix methods to enforce unitarity and Watson’s theorem. We refined the Delta contribution and included additional meson-exchange processes. These improvements resulted in better agreement with experimental data and a more reliable description of pion production.

In this work, we studied electron-induced single-pion production to gain information on the neutron structure of 40Ar, which is important for neutrino experiments using argon detectors. We simulated realistic experimental conditions for MAMI and CLAS facilities and calculated cross sections and background contributions. We found that MAMI can resolve the nuclear shell structure with low background, while CLAS has higher background and limited resolution for this purpose

The T2K and NoVA collaborations have performed a joint analysis of their neutrino oscillation data, this analysis improved constraints on key neutrino properties, including the mass-squared difference and the CP-violating phase. These results give tighter measurements than either experiment alone and show no strong preference for the neutrino mass ordering.
